DEVELOPERS CHRISTMAS UPDATE 

Our construction team currently has 109 Lots in various stages of completion, spread across different 6 Stages.

Stages 46&47 are the most advanced and their combined 41 Lots are on track for completion prior to Christmas, with settlements expected in February 2019.

Stages 50&51 (38 Lots) commenced construction on the 19^th November and earthworks, sewer and drainage are underway.

Stages 48&49 (30 Lots) are following close behind and construction is in full swing.
