Mikaela and Robert decided to move to Waterford Rise from the Dandenong area and have just settled on their land.They used the $20,000 Regional First Home Owners Grant to secure their first home – and saved $100,000 on their mortgage due to lower land prices. And ended up with a 600m2 lot – twice what they were looking at in the Pakenham/Officer region.
