Anne Brady bought her lot at Waterford Rise after a relaxing Sunday drive to Warragul in January 2020.
She waited until September to find the perfect lot in the Conventry release with views over the wetlands.
After falling in love with the estate, and a tour of the display village, she selected a Dennis Family Brookdale home that will commence construction in early 2022.
In fact, she loves Waterford Rise so much that her best friend also bought a lot in the Newton release close by.
A retiree who has lived in the same house in Pakenham for 42 years, Anne is looking forward to moving into a brand new house with a smaller garden.
And as a bonus, the price difference between Pakenham and Waterford Rise has allowed her to not only build her perfect home but to also buy a new car to park in her double garage!
“I love the windy road up Crole drive, the ample street parking for visitors, and I love the trees that line the streets,” Anne said.
A key factor in selecting Waterford Rise was that fencing is included and the stepped blocks that make building much easier.
“It’s one of the few estates that when you drive in to, you fall in love with it,” Anne said. ”I’ve very happy with the decision (to buy at Waterford Rise) I love it more each time I go down and look around, it’s lovely.”
