Stages 65 & 67

Construction of the 48 lots in Stages 65 & 67 is nearing completion, with Practical Completion (PC) of the civil works scheduled for 21/03/2023.

Titles are anticipated in May.

Stages 68 & 69

Preliminary earthworks have been completed. Civil works are expected to commence shortly, once the Council signs off on the Engineering plans. Titles are expected in September.

Stages 70, 71 & 72

Preliminary earthworks are continuing. Civil works are expected to start around May/June and Titles in February 2024.
