The Federal Government has today announced a $25,000 HomeBuilder grant for the construction of new homes.

The HomeBuilder program will be available to eligible owner-occupiers (not just first home buyers) with a grant of $25,000 to build a new home.

The availability of this grant is time-limited and is due to expire at the end of this year.

Waterford Rise is also within a regional location and eligible purchasers already have access to the Regional First Home Buyer’s Grant of up to $20,000.
